I work on the show Voyage en Cuisine, which airs in France and Germany from Monday to Thursday.This program explores the history and geography of a country or region through its gastronomy. Each episode focuses on a chef and a signature dish from their home country.We are preparing a special report on expatriate and immigrant cuisine.
