Last month, Dorothy Ferary gave a talk on women’s leadership in Indonesian higher education institutions. She discussed the various policy and regulations that support gender equality and also addressed the career gap issues which still persist. She also highlighted some of the progress of women leaders in the past 20 years. You can watch the recording of the event here. Note that there was a technical issue, audio was only recorded at minute 3:16 onwards.
